Production Description


It is used for welding 625 (N06625) alloy and 20 alloy, 825, 25-6Mo, 9%Ni steel or other steel containing molybdenum, etc. It can also be used for welding dissimilar materials and corrosion-resistant surfacing on the surface of materials. It has excellent high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature mechanical properties, and is resistant to strong corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion in a wide range of oxidizing and reducing media.

Because of its high corrosion resistance, it can even be used for super stainless steel 904L. If there is no special high-temperature working condition requirement, it can also be used for welding materials such as INCONEL series alloy 600, 601 and INCOLOY series alloy 800, 800H.



Application:


Petrochemical industry: In the welding of equipment and pipelines in contact with corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid environments, its corrosion resistance is particularly outstanding.


 Aerospace: For components that are subject to extreme temperature changes and require extremely high reliability, such as engine components and heat exchangers.


 Marine engineering: Structural parts that operate in seawater for a long time, such as shipbuilding and offshore platforms, have significant effects on resisting seawater corrosion.


 Energy field: nuclear reactor components, natural gas processing equipment, especially in high temperature and high pressure environments.

ERNiCrMo-3 is suitable for a variety of welding methods, including but not limited to:


· TIG (tungsten inert gas welding): suitable for precision welding, ensuring the beauty and quality of the weld.


· MIG (Metal Arc Welding): Improves welding efficiency and is suitable for welding thicker materials.


· Submerged arc welding: Used in mass production, combined with special flux such as INCOFLUX 7, it can effectively control the quality of the weld.
