ENiCrFe-7, ENiCrFe-2, ENiCrMo-3, ENiCu-7
Standard:
Conforms to AWS A5.11 and ASME SFA A5.11 standards.
High-Strength Weld Deposit: Provides excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, making it ideal for use in high-temperature environments.
Excellent Weldability: The flux coating ensures good arc stability, easy slag removal, and reduced porosity.
Crack Resistance: Designed to minimize the chances of cracking in welds, especially in high-stress applications.
Low-Hydrogen Coating: Reduces the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking and ensures a clean, strong weld.
Welding Process Compatibility: ENiCrFe-7 is suitable for SMAW, TIG, and MIG welding processes.
Weld Metal Properties: The alloy is designed to provide a strong bond between the base material and the weld metal, which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures.
Stable Arc: The electrode provides a stable arc, making it easier for welders to manage their welding tasks, especially when working with materials that are prone to distortion or cracking.
ENiCrFe-7 is based on a nickel-chromium-iron composition, combining the benefits of high corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and strength. The electrode's flux coating stabilizes the arc, reduces spatter, and minimizes porosity in the weld, resulting in a clean, high-quality weld joint.
ENiCrFe-7 is used in applications that require excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability. It is commonly used in:
Welding of high-temperature alloys such as Inconel 625 and Incoloy 825.
Aerospace: For repairs and welding of turbine engine components.
Chemical Industry: Used for welding pipes and tanks in acidic environments.
Power Generation: Ideal for welding turbine blades and other high-stress components.
2.4 mm / 3.2 mm / 4.0 mm / 5.0 mm
Available in other sizes upon request.
High Temperature Performance: ENiCrFe-7 excels in high-temperature environments, making it ideal for power generation and aerospace applications.
Corrosion Resistance: Offers excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, which is essential in industries like chemical processing.
Versatility: Suitable for welding a variety of materials, including high-strength nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, and cast irons.
Crack Resistance: Designed for low hydrogen content, reducing the risk of cracking in welds and ensuring a durable and long-lasting weld joint.
