Nickel Based Welding Wire
Product Details

Nickel based ERNiCrMo-13 is a premium-grade nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for high-performance applications that require excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in extreme environments. It is specifically ideal for welding dissimilar metals, especially where high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking is necessary.
This alloy is commonly used for welding superalloys such as Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276, and other similar high-performance materials in industries like chemical processing and power generation. ERNiCrMo-13 offers superior weldability, even under challenging conditions, and is well-suited for high-temperature applications where strength and durability are critical.
Alloy Composition: ERNiCrMo-13 consists of Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and controlled amounts of other alloying elements to optimize its performance under harsh conditions.
Applications: Primarily used for welding high-performance alloys, particularly in industries such as chemical processing and petrochemicals.
Corrosion Resistance: Offers exceptional resistance to oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion, making it perfect for environments that involve aggressive chemicals or high moisture exposure.
High-Temperature Performance: The alloy is designed to provide strong resistance to high-temperature oxidation, and it retains good mechanical properties even under elevated temperatures.
Excellent Weldability: ERNiCrMo-13 can be easily used with both TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding processes, providing flexibility for various welding needs.

Standard Specifications:
AWS A5.14
Size: 1.0MM / 1.2MM / 1.6MM / 2.4MM
Form: MIG (15kgs/spool), TIG (5kgs/box)
High Temperature Tolerance: ERNiCrMo-13 is designed to withstand high temperatures without compromising the strength or integrity of the weld.
Good Corrosion Resistance: Excellent protection against various forms of corrosion, making it ideal for use in chemically aggressive or high-moisture environments.
Smooth Surface: The wire produces a smooth, high-quality weld with minimal spatter, resulting in a clean finish and less post-welding work.
Less Oxides: Produces minimal oxides during welding, reducing the need for cleanup and ensuring high-quality weld joints.
Good Fluidity of the Molten Pool: ERNiCrMo-13 provides good molten pool fluidity, which helps in achieving smooth and consistent weld beads, even in difficult welding conditions.
High Welding Strength: The alloy ensures strong and durable welds, capable of withstanding the stresses associated with high-temperature and corrosive environments.
Multiple Spool Options: Available in various spool sizes (e.g., MIG: 15kgs/spool, TIG: 5kgs/box), offering flexibility to meet different welding needs.
Meets GB and ASTM Standards: ERNiCrMo-13 complies with international standards such as GB (Chinese) and ASTM (American), ensuring consistent quality and performance.

Welding of High-Performance Alloys: Commonly used for welding heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloys like Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276, and similar materials.
Chemical Processing and Marine Engineering: Extensively used in chemical processing plants, petrochemical facilities, and marine engineering due to its resistance to both corrosion and high temperatures.
Corrosive and High-Temperature Environments: Ideal for applications where materials are exposed to highly corrosive environments and need to withstand high-temperature processes.
