Silver brazing material si a structure alloy based on silver orsilver-base solid solution. Ouguan sliver-copper-zinc brazing alloy,with good processing property, lowmelting point, good wetting ability and gapfilling ability,intensive joint good plasticity and electrical conductivityand good corrosion resistance, can be used to brazeall ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals exceptAluminum, Magnesium and other metals of low melting point.The silver-based brazing material we usually use is addedzinc, stannum, nickel to form ternary or multi-element alloysin order to lower solders'melting point and reduce cost. Forexample,adding nickel to the silver-based brazing alloys canimprove its heat resistance property, corrosion resistanceproperty and wetting ability.
