Production Description

ERNiCrFe-7 Welding Wire is mainly used for welding Incone690 alloy by tungsten inert gas shielded welding and metal arc gas shielded arc welding. This nickel-chromium component welding material is mainly used to meet the ever-changing requirements of the nuclear industry. The high chromium content makes it have better resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear radiation and pure water environments. This welding wire can also be used to form a corrosion-resistant protective layer on the surface of most low-alloy steels and stainless steels, and can also be used in situations where resistance to oxidizing acid corrosion is required.

Mainly used for TIG welding of Inconel 690 alloy. Its deposited metal has good comprehensive properties and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear radiation and pure water environments. It can be used for surfacing corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant acid corrosion-resistant surfacing layers on low-alloy steel, and can also be used for welding between dissimilar metals.

Preparation process

The preparation process of ERNiCrMo-7 welding wire usually includes the following steps:
